Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to FrameClarity Content Advisory services. A written quotation or booking confirmation may add service-specific terms. Where it does, the terms recorded for that booking or subscription period apply.
1. Service scope
FrameClarity provides independent content-policy and platform-risk guidance based on the material supplied by the client. The service is not legal advice, official platform advice, platform approval, or a guarantee of reach, monetisation, reinstatement, or protection from platform action.
The client remains responsible for final publishing decisions and for supplying accurate, complete material needed for the requested review.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Subscription period
- Each subscription period lasts 30 calendar days.
- The start date is day 1. The end date is day 30. For example, a period beginning 30 September 2026 ends 29 October 2026.
- Usage is recorded against that subscription period. A renewal creates a new period and does not rewrite the earlier period's usage history.
Video allowance selection
- At booking, the client chooses either 6 videos up to 1 hour each or 12 videos up to 30 minutes each.
- The selected allowance is fixed for that subscription period and cannot be switched during the period.
- A different allowance may be selected for a new or renewed subscription period.
Usage calculation
- Under the 6-video option, a video up to and including 60 minutes uses 1 video. A video longer than 60 minutes uses 2 videos. Acceptance of longer videos must be confirmed before booking.
- Under the 12-video option, each video must be no longer than 30 minutes. A video longer than 30 minutes does not fit this option unless separate treatment is agreed in writing.
- Usage is calculated from the submitted video's duration and recorded against the selected allowance.
Included subscription benefits
- Pro includes 3 priority requests and 1 PowerPoint report per subscription period.
- Max includes 3 priority requests and 3 PowerPoint reports per subscription period.
- Additional member PowerPoint reports are US$5 each.
- Priority requests use the normal video allowance and remain subject to availability.
Turnaround commitments, extra priority fees, treatment of unused allowances, revised-video checks, and any exceptional video length are confirmed in writing before booking. No rollover, stacking, expiry treatment, fee, or limit is promised unless it appears in the applicable written quotation or booking confirmation.
3. Private Content Advisor
Private Content Advisor services use a custom written scope and price. Any time allowance, scheduled calls, message support, response expectations, and additional charges must be agreed before the service begins.
4. Pricing and booking records
Website base prices are listed in USD. The currency selector displays estimates using the latest available daily exchange rate and shows the rate date. Converted prices are for reference; the payment currency and final amount are confirmed in writing before booking.
USD and MYR are the standard payment currencies. For payment in any other currency, please inform FrameClarity before booking and agree the currency and amount in writing. Selecting a display currency does not confirm acceptance of payment in that currency.
Custom quotations and the price, allowance, and rules recorded for an accepted booking govern that booking. Later catalogue, website, or exchange-rate changes do not retroactively change an already accepted booking or issued receipt.
